    What a rude, unpleasant, and dishonest man. I'm missing a nut (for a very minor, unnecessary convenience feature) on an otherwise perfect Kenmore 1941 and wrote to ask if they knew the thread size and stock the part. His response? "No longer available. Junk the machine."

    In following emails he only got nastier: "I am sure I can go to the junk yard and find one but you will not be willing to pay me for it so f**k off"

    This guy has issues. Avoid.
